What’s included in the Welcome Box?

Each box contains:
🧸 One ultra-soft baby blanket (choose from 4 designs)
🌈 One personalized laser-cut name tag (6 color options)
🐰 One hand-crocheted plush toy (bunny or bear), sewn to a matching mini blanket

Are the materials baby-safe?

Yes! All materials are baby-friendly and OEKO-TEX® certified. The plush toys contain no small parts and are made with extra care by hand.

How do I provide the name for the name tag?

On the product page, you’ll find a “Name” field. Please double-check the spelling — the tag will be made exactly as entered.

Can I order the items separately?

Yes, all items are also available individually in our shop.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All boxes are handmade after ordering. Production takes 3–5 business days, plus 2–3 days for delivery.

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland and most EU countries. 

• Switzerland:
  • Orders over CHF 50 → Free shipping
  • Orders under CHF 50 → CHF 7 flat rate
• International (EU countries):
  • Orders over CHF 100 → Free shipping
  • Orders under CHF 100 → CHF 14 flat rate

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! Each box comes gift-ready, and you can include a message during checkout.

How do I care for the products?

• Blankets: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle

• Plush toys: Hand wash in lukewarm water

• Name tags: Keep dry and avoid direct moisture

What if something’s wrong with my order?
